Requirements

• Experience in leading engineering teams (5-10 members).

• Strong understanding of backend engineering principles and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Go (Golang), AWS, and Kubernetes (EKS) is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven ability to improve engineering processes.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Empathetic leadership style.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
