Overview

The Instructional Designer II designs and develops instructor-led, virtual, e-learning, and blended learning solutions for ISACA’s exam preparation products and continuing professional education.

• Design and develop high-quality, multi-platform, accessible learning products.
• Conduct peer reviews and quality control for instructional materials.
• Oversee learning technologies and manage course delivery in LMS.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree in Training and Development or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design.
• Experience with eLearning content authoring tools.
• Knowledge of adult learning techniques.
• Proficient in LMS management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
