Full Stack Engineer II - Remote

Overview

IronArch Technology is seeking a Full Stack Engineer II to support the design, development, and deployment of the VA VoiceBot, providing innovative solutions for Federal Government clients.

In Short

• Develop and maintain Genesys Cloud IVR flows and APIs.
• Build RESTful APIs for data exchange between systems.
• Implement context passing and authentication features.
• Design frontend tools using ReactJS/TypeScript.
• Troubleshoot and optimize IVR call flows.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers for testing and compliance.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies.
• Follow DevSecOps practices for secure deployments.

Requirements

• Public Trust Clearance or higher.
• 3–5 years of full-stack software development experience.
• Experience with Genesys Cloud IVR development.
• Proficiency in ReactJS/TypeScript.
• Backend development in C#/.NET, Node.js, or Python.
• Knowledge of NLU/NLP and conversational AI.
• Familiarity with federal security standards.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
