Currently looking for Application Support for APIs/Microservices.
Experience in functional support of applications in a distributed microservices environment for more than 3 years, preferably in Openshift.
Experience in API support, preferably in IBM API Connect.
Basic knowledge of SQL.
Experience working with ITSM systems (e.g., Service Now).
Preferred experience working with APM (e.g., Dynatrace).
Preferred experience in consulting logs in Kibana from a user perspective.
Preferred experience in Python programming.
Availability for out-of-hours support.
Immediate availability.
