Overview

Iris Telehealth is seeking full-time LCSWs or LPCs to provide therapy and intake services in an integrated care position, allowing you to work from home while making a difference in mental health care.

• Position: Behavioral Health Provider - LCSW or LPC
• Compensation: Starting at $72,000/year
• Fully Remote (U.S. only)
• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 or 11:30-8 (40 hours per week)

• Experience in both therapy and intake services required
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and/or Spanish preferred

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an independently Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Active LCSW or LPC license in Pennsylvania required
• Proven experience in both intake and therapy
• Full-time availability during EST hours
• Experience working in an integrated care setting
• Willingness to treat patients across various age groups
• Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
