HPC Network & Property Developer - Remote

Overview

As an HPC Network & Property Developer, you will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing suitable locations for IONITY's high-power charging stations across France.

In Short

• Identify and secure locations for HPC charging stations.
• Manage project development including layout proposals and permits.
• Build relationships with landowners and municipalities.
• Conduct commercial and technical viability assessments.
• Negotiate contracts and manage tender responses.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships post-opening.
• Utilize a strong sales attitude and negotiation skills.
• Work with a start-up mentality and adaptability.
• Fluency in English and French is required.
• Experience in charging infrastructure or retail sector is desired.

Requirements

• University degree in Commercial or Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience with at least 2 years in sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of the real estate market and legal aspects.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Experience in real estate development is a plus.
• Strong sales attitude and negotiation skills.
• Start-up mentality and adaptability.
• Fluency in English and French (written and spoken).
