In Short

• Support new business and client service efforts of Distribution groups.
• Maintain investment databases and critical data sets.
• Build process efficiencies for high-quality services.
• Manage Firm AUM and Firm Personnel data.
• Interact with internal data providers for timely data supply.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy.
• Update and create standard reports and visualization tools.
• 1-2 years related work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields preferred.
• Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.

Requirements

• 1-2 years related work experience; RFP experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree, Economics/Communications/English/Liberal Arts preferred.
• Experience with MS Excel.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools a plus, Power BI and Tableau.
• Ability to investigate and manipulate large amounts of data.
