Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• 3–5 years as a product/UI designer.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Sketch or Adobe CC.
• Experience maintaining a design system across products.
• Comfort conducting user research and translating insights.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
