UI Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a UI Designer with strong UI design skills and hands-on experience working with design systems. In this role, you'll lead the creation, contribute to and maintain a scalable, high-quality system in close partnership with our engineering team, supported by the product design team. Your work will ensure consistency, usability, and visual excellence across our learning platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field—or equivalent professional experience.
• 3–5 years as a product/UI designer with a portfolio highlighting design-system contributions.
• Expertise in Figma and familiarity with Sketch or Adobe CC.
• Experience maintaining or extending a design system across multiple products.
• Comfort conducting basic user research and translating insights into UI improvements.
• Working knowledge of accessibility guidelines and responsive design.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
