Overview

As an SDET-III at Interface.ai, you’ll be a cornerstone of our Quality Assurance team, driving the quality strategy for our cutting-edge Conversational AI platform that powers intelligent virtual assistants for financial institutions.

In Short

• Lead the design and implementation of test automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with AI engineers and product teams.
• Define and implement comprehensive test strategies.
• Mentor junior SDETs and developers.
• Ensure the reliability of Voice models and APIs.
• Design load and stress tests for distributed systems.
• Maintain documentation of test architectures.
• Innovate testing approaches for NLP and Voice models.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software testing, with 3+ years as an SDET.
• High proficiency in Java or similar languages.
• Experience with testing tools like Selenium, Appium, RestAssured.
• Understanding of microservices and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments.
• Exposure to AI/ML systems or fintech applications is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
