Senior UI Motion Designer - Remote

Overview

We’re currently looking for talented Designer to join us and support us in UI and Motion Design.

In Short

• Join a team with over 10 years of experience in IoT app design.
• Work on projects for international clients.
• Focus on MVPs and app redesigns.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary project teams.
• Take ownership of applications' aesthetic and visual aspects.
• Develop visual guidelines based on client branding.
• Ensure clear design documentation in Figma.
• Lead client presentations to showcase designs.
• Support sales team in design effort estimates.
• Contribute to internal best practices and processes.

Requirements

• Passion for mobile technology and knowledge of iOS/Android guidelines.
• Expertise in designing micro-interactions and animations.
• Mastery of Figma and Design Systems creation.
• Strong presentation skills with English proficiency (B2/C1).
• Experience in remote work in an agency or freelance environment.
• Knowledge of usability and accessibility.
• Experience in Health, Well-being, or Audio industry apps is a plus.
• IoT knowledge is a bonus.
