Manager, Legal Technology & Operations - Remote

Overview

Instacart is seeking a Manager, Legal Technology & Operations to own the strategy and execution of innovative technology and operational initiatives that support both our legal department and broader business functions.

In Short

• Lead strategic planning and execution of legal and business operations initiatives.
• Own the design and deployment of efficient operational methods within our Contract Lifecycle Management systems.
• Drive technology innovation by identifying and evaluating emerging tools and trends.
• Implement procurement practices that generate cost savings in the contracting and review process.
• Manage the eBilling system and participate in RFPs and law firm evaluations.
• Champion a transparent organizational culture by facilitating effective internal communication.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations or a related field.
• Proven track record leading at least two end-to-end technology implementations.
• Strong analytical and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
