Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect - Remote

Overview

Inspired Solutions, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with Architectural Experience to support state government initiatives focused on modernizing and optimizing IT service delivery.

In Short

• Contract position with a duration of 180 calendar days.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex ServiceNow solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform.
• Develop and maintain custom applications and integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform maturity.
• Stay current with new ServiceNow releases and capabilities.
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT environments required.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development required.
• U.S. work authorization required.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of ITIL practices and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow best practices.
• Experience with platform architecture and governance.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.
• Ability to collaborate with IT and business stakeholders.
• Experience in public sector environments preferred.
• Familiarity with data security and compliance standards.
• At least one advanced certification in ServiceNow.
• Experience leading teams or initiatives in ServiceNow.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
