In Short

• Lead the design process for new UI/UX work across mobile and web platforms.
• Work closely with Product Manager and Engineers to define user needs.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Support marketing with design for promotional materials.
• Help build and maintain the design system for consistency.
• Experience in designing for ecommerce sites prioritizing conversion rates.
• Work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English for communication with global team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design for B2C users.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile applications.
• Ownership mentality and accountability for tasks.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment.
• Fluency in English.
