Overview

As a Design Director at Insomniac Design, you will lead and oversee strategic initiatives that significantly impact the creative team and client relationships, while inspiring a team of UX/UI Designers and Researchers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in visual design or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in creative direction.
• 2+ years of experience leading a creative team.
• Ability to create design systems and visual frameworks.
• Experience with Adobe CS and Figma/FigJam.
• Knowledge of design translating into technical requirements.
• Experience collaborating with internal teams.
• Strong mentorship and coaching skills.
