Overview

We’re looking for a creative and platform-savvy content producer to join our growing social media team. The Social Media Creative Associate will be responsible for concepting, designing, and producing compelling content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging channels—turning complex ideas into engaging social-first visuals and videos that spark engagement and bring our brand voice to life.

• Develop original content for organic and paid social channels.

• Partner with Brand and Design teams for visual identity.
• Edit and adapt long-form video content into bite-sized clips.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in content creation or social media production.
• Portfolio of social-first creative work.
• Strong understanding of platform-native content formats.
• Proficiency in design and editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with AI-based creative tools.
• Motion graphics or video editing skills a plus.
• Ability to turn around content quickly while maintaining quality.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual storytelling.
• Collaborative and comfortable iterating on creative direction.
