Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• 1+ year of experience with software development teams.
• Deep understanding of Agile principles.
• Strong communication skills for coaching and conflict resolution.
• Courage to raise issues and suggest improvements.
• Experience in a software product startup is a plus.
• Experience in Continuous Integration and Delivery processes.
