Overview

As a Field Project Manager at InnSpace, you will oversee the construction phase of hotel renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget while collaborating with various departments and leading onsite operations.

• Manage multiple hotel renovation projects concurrently.
• Provide bi-weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 1-8 years of project management experience.
• Degree in engineering or construction preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management software.
• Ability to manage projects through their full life cycle.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Proven ability to meet project deadlines and budgets.
• Familiarity with safety practices and building codes.
