Corporate Finance Intern - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Finance Intern to join our Finance team for a 3-month internship, offering a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate finance operations while working alongside seasoned professionals.

In Short

• Assist with financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis projects
• Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Collect and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities
• Help in budget preparation and variance analysis processes
• Participate in cash flow management and forecasting activities
• Assist with accounts payable/receivable procedures as needed
• Support the team with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives for financial workflows
• Attend department meetings and present findings when appropriate
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial functions)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach
• Interest in corporate finance and eagerness to learn
