Product Marketing Manager - SaaS - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and customer-obsessed Product Marketing Lead to shape how Matomo shows up in the market — and help guide our evolution from a product-led, open-source foundation to a Sales-Led Growth (SLG) model.

In Short

• Define and refine Matomo’s positioning, messaging, and USPs.
• Translate product capabilities into clear, benefit-driven stories.
• Develop and evolve Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for feature launches.
• Collaborate with Content Marketing and Customer Marketing.
• Build and localise sales enablement tools for key regions.
• Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
• Partner with Sales for training and tools.
• Drive product adoption and retention.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive research.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing.
• Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Success in building messaging frameworks and storytelling strategies.
• Experience with ABM initiatives.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Customer-centric, data-informed mindset.
• Fluent in English, and proficient in either French or German.
