• Leading the development and delivery of React Native mobile apps.
• Mentoring and training native iOS and Android developers in React Native.
• Collaborating with the Mobile Engineer and Architect to establish React Native best practices.
• Developing custom mobile applications, implementing new features, and maintaining existing ones.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and providing clean, well-documented solutions.
• Writing well-structured, maintainable, and testable code.
• Assisting with app deployment to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Participating in code reviews and team discussions on best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading mobile development projects and guiding teams.
• 3+ years of professional experience in mobile development using React Native.
• Hands-on experience integrating native-specific functionalities.
• Solid understanding of React for web development.
• Strong knowledge of mobile architectures, particularly MVVM.
• Expert-level proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Deep understanding and practical experience with state management libraries.
• Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and responsive design.
• Extensive experience deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong command of Git and version control best practices.
