In Short

• Join a team of 300 in the Building and Equipment unit.
• Ensure compliance with architectural programs during execution detail assemblies.
• Compile 2D/3D execution or design files for technical and architectural conflict detection.
• Work on tertiary and public building projects.
• Analyze and resolve technical and architectural conflicts.
• Create synthesis plans representing the layout of work elements and installations.
• Respect architectural, technical, operational, and maintenance provisions.
• Conduct synthesis studies during design and execution phases.
• Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Master REVIT and AUTOCAD.

Requirements

• Minimum education: Bac + 2, BTS or Bac + 5 Master in climate engineering, architecture, or BIM.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Motivated, curious, and rigorous.
