Demolition and Asbestos Study Engineer F/H - Remote

Overview

Envirotech is looking for a study engineer in the field of demolition and asbestos management, and waste management. You will be involved in all stages of projects, from conception to supervision of works.

In Short

• Conduct site visits and measurements.
• Draft demolition permits.
• Perform PEMD diagnostics.
• Participate in circular economy and reuse initiatives.
• Prepare technical and financial study files.
• Manage deconstruction and asbestos removal operations.
• Organize and oversee field interventions.
• Draft reports and present results to clients.

Requirements

• Engineer or equivalent Bac+5 or technician with significant experience.
• Experience in demolition/asbestos management, civil engineering, or public works.
• Solid knowledge in demolition, industrial dismantling, urban site redevelopment, recycling, and waste management.
• Familiarity with technologies, methodologies, and regulations in deconstruction and special waste management.
• Skills in meeting facilitation and team leadership.
• Ability to anticipate and address project risks.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
