In Short

  • Support various project teams in implementing customer projects
  • Translate customer requirements into elegant Salesforce solutions
  • Act as second-level support for customer inquiries during projects
  • Build flows, reports, and manage permissions
  • Administer customer environments and our own CRM
  • Document best practices
  • Integrate developed solutions into existing system landscapes
  • Handle data imports and preparations
  • Continue education and obtain new Salesforce certifications

Requirements

  • Very good German and English skills
  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator in Sales and Service Cloud or Field Service Lightning
  • Ideally, you already have your Admin certification
  • Good communication and social skills
  • Structured and analytical approach
  • Determination and ability to work independently
