No coding experience is required. Just design, publish, measure and monetize.

In Short

• Remote position within the continental US.
• Full-time role reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.
• Key role in building and managing a massive in-house asset library for high-quality 3D assets.
• Bridge between artists and developers, optimizing and organizing assets for immersive environments.
• Collaborate with the content team to scale the asset library.
• Design and implement robust pipelines for 3D assets.
• Ensure assets meet high-quality standards for integration.
• Continuously refine asset management processes for efficiency.
• 5+ years of experience in 3D graphics production or related role.
• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling software like Maya or Blender.

• Strong proficiency in asset optimization and management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively between creative and technical teams.
• Track record of designing and streamlining workflows.
