Overview

The Project Manager for Tenant Electricity will be responsible for managing large customer and reseller accounts, coordinating technical implementations, and ensuring customer requirements are met.

In Short

Act as a contact point for large customers and resellers in the operational area
Manage requirements and coordinate technical implementation and installation of electricity meters
Coordinate operational requirements with sales, planning, ordering, logistics, and network operators
Identify customer requirements and provide consultation on product portfolio
Conduct project controlling and reporting
Prepare and conduct meetings and conference calls

Requirements

Completed studies or vocational training (ideally in the commercial field)
Experience in tenant electricity projects
Professional experience in customer and partner support
Strong communication skills and assertiveness with diplomatic skills
Independent and structured working style with strong customer and service orientation
Exceptional planning and organizational talent
Comprehensive problem-solving skills and technical affinity
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German and good English skills
Experience in market communication is a plus
