Scrum Master with French - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated Scrum Master with at least 3 years of experience to guide our agile teams in delivering high-quality products. The selected person will work on a stable international project in the French public sector, managing aids, training, and crisis plans for the agricultural sector.

In Short

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives.
• Remove impediments blocking team progress.
• Encourage self-organization and continuous value delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure clarity of product objectives and backlog prioritization.
• Promote an agile culture within the team and organization.
• Act as a coach for the team in adopting agile and Scrum practices.
• Mediation and conflict management within the team to improve productivity.
• Ensure transparency in Sprint progress using agile tools and metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and agile methodologies.
• CSM, PSM, or similar certification (desirable).
• Facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with agile tools (mainly JIRA and Confluence).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual Spanish-French (minimum C1 in French).
