Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering.
• No prior experience required (maximum 2 years).
• Minimum English level: B2.
• Knowledge and/or certification in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
• Knowledge and/or certification in automation technologies (RPA, BPA tools, IDP, GenAI) is a plus.
• Teamwork, proactivity, and customer orientation skills.
