Hotliner Sage 100 - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Hotliner Sage 100 to provide technical and functional support to our clients using the Sage 100 solution. You will be the first point of contact to respond to requests, diagnose problems, and propose suitable solutions.

In Short

• Receive and analyze user requests (incidents, questions, change requests).
• Diagnose and resolve incidents remotely.
• Assist and advise clients on the optimal use of Sage 100.
• Escalate complex requests to technical or functional teams if necessary.
• Write and update documentation and knowledge bases.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of support processes.

Requirements

• Education in computer science, management, or accounting.
• Experience in customer support, ideally with management software like Sage 100.
• Knowledge of accounting, commercial management, and/or payroll modules of Sage 100.
• Good listening and teaching skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
