Experienced HRIS Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with our clients to analyze their needs, design customized solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.

In Short

• Analyze clients' business processes and identify improvement opportunities through HR solutions.
• Define functional and technical requirements for the solutions to be implemented.
• Design and configure optimized process models and workflows.
• Support clients in implementing solutions, including user training and post-deployment support.
• Write specification documents, progress reports, and return on investment analyses.
• Ensure the quality of delivered solutions and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, project management, human resources, or related field.
• Significant experience as a consultant or business analyst in the HRIS field.
• In-depth knowledge of business processes and best practices in employee/employer relationship management.
• Proficiency in one or more HR process modeling tools like Neocase, ServiceNow, Pegas, UKG, etc.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects.
• Fluency in French and English, both spoken and written.
