Staff Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are hiring a Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting operations, help close the books each month, assist with audits and tax processes, and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP.

In Short

• Maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger accounts
• Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, and support the monthly close
• Assist in building budgets and forecasting financial performance
• Manage documentation for accounts payable, treasury, and audits
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Support external audits and tax-related requests
• Collaborate with the Accounting Supervisor and cross-functional teams
• Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years in an accounting role; familiarity with U.S. GAAP required
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, ideally NetSuite or QuickBooks
• Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office
• Detail-oriented, analytical, well-organized, and a clear communicator
