Overview

As a Senior Product Manager at Independence Pet Holdings, you will optimize and manage pet insurance products, shaping strategic directions and driving profitable growth through data insights and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years in insurance pricing, underwriting, or product performance.
• 3+ years of State Product Management experience preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Veterinary or Animal Health knowledge is desirable.
• Ability to analyze data for informed product decisions.
• Effective communication of complex ideas.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to work remote or hybrid in specified areas.
