Associate HR Generalist - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Associate HR Generalist to join our HR team. This role is designed for a professional with 1 to 3 years of experience who is ready to move beyond administrative tasks and gain exposure to the full breadth of the HR function within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.

In Short

• Support the HR function through various stages of the employee experience.
• Maintain the integrity of our HRIS and assist in developing reports.
• Assist with the rollout and management of culture and engagement initiatives.
• Work alongside the VP on varied HR project work.
• Provide support for recruitment activities.
• 1-3 years of professional HR experience required.
• Basic understanding of HRIS platforms and Google Docs, MS Office.
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle highly confidential information professionally.
• A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field is preferred.
