Physician, Urgent Care (Full-Time) - Remote

Included Health is looking for a remote physician who enjoys management of all health conditions and who is passionate about raising the standard of healthcare for everyone.

In Short

• Care for patients of all ages
• Maintain accurate and current patient records
• Collaborate with provider and support teams
• Perform virtual examinations and document findings
• Deliver high-quality patient care
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Evaluate pediatric and adult patients
• Provide administrative support
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends
• Must maintain Medicare active status

Requirements

• Completion of a 3-year Family Medicine residency
• 3+ years post residency experience in Urgent Care
• Active ABMS or AOA Board Certification
• Completion of U.S. Medical Licensing Examination
• Active and unrestricted Interstate Medical Licensure Compact
• Active medical license in the state of primary residence
• Experience providing care for all ages
• Outstanding clinical expertise
• Demonstrate flexibility
• Not under current exclusion or sanction by any health care program
