In Short

• Establish and maintain scientific exchange with KOLs and healthcare professionals.
• Support clinical trial execution and provide clinical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Research and CROs.
• Collect and communicate actionable insights from scientific exchanges.
• Attend scientific meetings for continuing education.
• Act as a scientific expert in developing educational materials.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects effectively.
• Travel required (estimated at 60% +/-).
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Field-based position covering regional geography.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in health sciences (PharmD, DNP, MD, or PhD) required.
• 3 years of relevant industry experience as an MSL.
• Experience in autoimmune disease, neurology, or rare diseases preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
• Effective strategic and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in professional networking.
• Familiarity with health systems and medical research.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing therapeutic areas.
• Ability to travel for site visits and meetings.
