In Short

• Monitor and manage AR orders
• Process or reject AR orders
• Review of the fraudulent order
• Follow up with clients in regard to their orders via phone or email
• Provide and clarify information regarding our products via telephone calls
• Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
• Keep a high level of knowledge about existing products
• And other related tasks

Requirements

• High attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop daily
• Previous experience in Accounts Receivable and fraud review is an advantage
• Previous experience in Customer Support
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
• Excellent written and verbal English language skills
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Excellent communication skills with active listening
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
