Overview

A Medical Recruitment Company based in Cape Town is seeking to recruit an assistant on a freelance/part-time basis with the potential to become full-time in future. A good understanding of the various medical roles is essential.

In Short

• Screen CVs of candidates who apply to adverts of employment
• Create referral CVs of candidates interviewed by the recruiter
• Send consents to candidates scheduled for interviews
• Create adverts on various platforms
• Perform ad hoc administrative duties requested by the recruiter
• Update shared Google Sheets
• Create and maintain Dropbox folders
• Provide administrative support to the Directors
• Work on a freelance/part-time basis with potential for full-time
• Must have a good understanding of medical roles

Requirements

• Matric
• Knowledge of the medical/healthcare environment
• Experience in a private medical practice is advantageous
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, Google Sheets)
• Reliable internet at home
• Strong administrative skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Organized, efficient, and dedicated
• Reliable
