As our Content Marketing Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team and be part of our mission and help businesses become uptime heroes.

In Short

• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with our marketing goals, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer education.
• Create content that positions our brand as an industry leader, using various formats such as guest articles, webinars, guides, and blog posts tailored to different target audiences.
• Build and oversee our SEO and SEA strategy.
• Monitor content performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize content strategies and enhance customer engagement.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously create top-notch content.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in content creation, SEO, and SEA, ideally in the SaaS industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as storytelling abilities (please provide some sample links).
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A deep understanding of audience segmentation and the ability to tailor content to different buyer personas.
• Excellent English proficiency.
