The Project Manager (PM) builds and maintains relationships of trust with nonprofit clients by assisting in the evaluation, planning, and implementation of facility projects.

Plans, manages, and executes real estate consulting and/or development projects.
Coordinates all aspects of project management as a trusted advisor.
Develops and analyzes client facility space needs and budgets.
Prepares and delivers reports and presentations for clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in applicable field preferred.
At least two years of experience in applicable fields required.
Travel is required throughout Indiana and to other IFF offices.
Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
