Requirements

• Proficient in MS Office, Zapier, Make, and other common tools.
• Excellent communication skills in German, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Team player, reliable, and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Stable internet connection is a must.
• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera and engaging with participants.
