The Information and Communications Technology Council (ICTC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Program Design to oversee the development and optimization of technology workforce development programs and enterprise-focused initiatives. This is a backfill for a vacated position within the leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in program design, a deep understanding of emerging technologies, and a strategic mindset to drive impactful solutions that empower Canadian businesses to adopt and leverage cutting-edge technologies.

Requirements

• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Knowledge of Canada’s economy and labor market.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; French proficiency is a strong asset.
• Experience with government relations is a strong asset.
• Ability to work with remote teams across Canada.
