Overview

As a Senior Design Director at Believer, you will lead gameplay design to deliver engaging player experiences, working closely with studio leadership and a high-performing design team.

In Short

  • Own and shape the core gameplay experience across various elements.
  • Partner with leadership to translate creative pillars into gameplay design.
  • Lead and develop game designers of various levels.

  • Promote a playtest-driven culture for gameplay validation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in game development with experience in significant titles.
  • 7+ years leading and developing game designers.
  • Expertise in moment-to-moment gameplay design.
  • Hands-on experience with gameplay prototyping in-engine.
  • Experience in early-stage development and rapid prototyping.
  • Technical skills in scripting or modding are highly desired.
