Associate Salesforce Developer - Remote

Overview

ICF is hiring an Associate Salesforce Developer to support senior government officials on business transformation and modernization efforts in a collaborative team environment.

In Short

• Perform Salesforce development including Flows, Lightning Web Components, and dashboards.
• Assist in improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform.
• Gather requirements and design best practice solutions.
• Work in a team environment supporting government officials.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust.
• Requires US Citizenship and residency in the U.S.
• Travel may be required once a quarter.
• Core work hours are 8:30am - 5pm Eastern Time.
• Collaboration with multiple development teams is expected.
• Experience with Agile Framework is preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Salesforce configuration elements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Salesforce Certification preferred.
• Experience in software development teams is a plus.
• Must have lived in the U.S. for three of the last five years.
