Overview

The consultant will provide technical support to UN Women in Albania, focusing on social inclusion and women's empowerment initiatives under the National Planning and Budgeting Program.

In Short

• Provide technical assistance for the implementation of social inclusion activities.
• Coordinate with partners and government agencies.
• Monitor progress and prepare technical inputs for program adjustments.

Requirements

• Advanced university degree in human rights, social sciences, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in gender equality and women's empowerment.
• Experience in social policy and inclusion initiatives.
• Familiarity with training and mentoring public administration officials.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Fluency in English and Albanian is required.
