Right now, we’re assisting one of our clients in the financial services industry to find a Fullstack Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you’ll lead a Growth Marketing team across Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO, driving measurable results and ensuring strategies make maximum impact.

In Short

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of specialists in Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO.
  • Provide strategic direction and constructive feedback to achieve team goals.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing strategies.
  • Oversee media planning, CRM journeys, and SEO content strategy.
  • Direct the Performance Ads team in campaign setup and optimization.
  • Guide the CRM specialist in customer journeys and campaign performance.
  • Ensure effective budget management and maximize paid media performance.
  • Own the digital marketing reporting process.
  • Analyze campaign and market data to identify trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with design and video teams for impactful campaign assets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly in Performance Ads, CRM, and SEO.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Experience with budget management and media performance optimization.
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies.
