Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Integrator - Remote

Overview

i4DM is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer and Systems Integrator with strong consulting skills and hands-on experience to join our fast-growing team. This fully remote role requires team members who can design, implement, and manage on-premises and cloud solutions while expanding their skill sets through learning new technologies.

In Short

• Provide consulting services to customers.
• Design and implement enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate with team members on design options.
• Identify and integrate network improvements.
• Analyze and document system improvements.
• Develop standard operating procedures.
• Manage client networks and systems.
• Assist sales team in project planning.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2 and 3 Help Desk tickets.
• Participate in on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience with Office 365/Microsoft 365 Services.
• Expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with Windows Desktop support.
• Knowledge of virtual environments.
• Experience with server management and maintenance.
• Familiarity with NIST800-171 controls.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server environments.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Military experience is a plus.
