Microsoft Dynamics 365 Release Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Release Manager to join our fast-growing IT-project-based consulting business, ready to refine skills in the D365 space and support the missions of our customers.

In Short

• Develop and execute release plans for Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and enhancements.
• Coordinate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams for seamless deployments.
• Maintain version control policies and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with new releases.
• Establish and improve CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Oversee sandbox environment management.
• Conduct post-release reviews and document lessons learned.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Provide technical guidance for release-related troubleshooting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in release management or DevOps for enterprise applications.
• Experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/ERP releases.
• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD best practices.
• Familiarity with Power Platform and cloud-based environments.
• Strong understanding of change management processes.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination.
• HS diploma or GED.
