• Develop and execute strategies to grow brand presence on TikTok.
• Create and implement a growth strategy to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.
• Develop creative, engaging, and viral video content.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and algorithm changes.
• Respond to comments and feedback to build a community.
• Track, analyze, and report on TikTok growth metrics.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience managing a TikTok account.
• Experience in the fintech industry; Web3 experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm and content strategies.
• Passion for Web3, blockchain, cryptocurrency, NFTs, and DeFi.
• Creative thinker with engaging content creation skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Video production and editing skills are a plus.
