Overview

We are hiring for one of our ecosystem projects - a cryptocurrency exchange. We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team. This position will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries related to their platform, products, and services.

Requirements

• Understanding of cryptocurrency and trading processes.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM tools.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
