Overview

We’re looking for an experienced product leader to join Hutora on a 12 month interim basis. This is a hands-on role where you’ll sit alongside the founding team, leading discovery, shaping demos to inform build, supporting sales, and driving Proof of Value engagements with clients.

In Short

12-month contract | Remote-first with occasional travel to London
Lead customer discovery and translate insights into product direction
Support sales conversations with the CEO
Design and iterate demos and Proof of Value projects
Bring structure to ambiguity and keep the team aligned
Contribute to strategy, fundraising prep, and customer narratives
Feed learnings into early thinking on positioning and pricing
Work closely with customers and the founding team
Shape the product at a formative stage

Requirements

Experience in early stage startups owning product decisions
Led a B2B product from zero to one
Ability to create structure in ambiguous settings
Translate customer insights into product direction
Strong communication skills with high emotional intelligence
